Does your 00+ Dimm loose RPMs when rolling windows up?
at idle that is.
If I roll up more than one window at a time at the same time I notice that the RPMs drop about 200RPM, almost sounds like the engine wants to die.....I'm assuming this is normal...Problem does not happen under load or while crusing.
Just seems a bit odd.

It probably does that because of the electrical load being placed on the alternator. Using all the power like that places a load on the alt. and makes it harder to spin and generate the amperage / voltage, therefore making the RPMs drop slightly.
I am sure someone here can give a more technical answer on it, but that is pretty much the basics of it.

This is normal behaviour to an extent. Operating two windows simultaneouly will cause enough draw to reduce RPM slightly and dim headlights a little (as described by crash93ssei). It sounds as though your electrical / charging system isn't working to peak efficiency or there is another problem. Your problem is not typical and there should not be such a profound effect. Is there any one window (when controlled independantly) that seems worse for this than the others?

i didnt think the window motors could pull more current than the headlights+all the other lights combined..apparently they do.
for example...turn the headlights and all the other lights on will yield...what around 15 amps?
considering both headlights pull close to 9 amps.
turn on all the lights and the motor does nothing.

Keep in mind that when your car is on, there are (at minimum) DRL'* assuming they haven't been disabled, your stereo (possibly), BCM'* and any other device required for the car to run. If there is a problem with a motor or the window is binding and the motor is working harder than normal, current draw will be higher. The reason I asked about windows individually was to determine if they all operate with about the same speed and don't seem to cause any undue draw. If one seems problematic, it may be with that particular component and not your electrical system.
The more likely suspects include your battery, alternator or poor cable connections. Any one of these (or a combination) can reduce the available current to supply required power to your car. Power windows are a fairly high current device.
