The coolant is good for 5 years or 100,000 miles.
The plugs should be inspected, I would expect the plug wires to be ok? Have you had any issues? As well the Fuel filter will last a long time (5yrs?).
Still, you colud service the transmission fluid, engine oil, pcv valve, air filter, cabin filter etc.

Is price an issue? For plugs get NGK TR55'* or Autolite(dont remember the # for 1 step colder than stock). For wires, try Belden, Taylor, or MSD otherwise stock Delco wires are good. Fuel filter just get a Delco replacement, dont need nothing fancy. There'* a new coolant out there thats clear that I want to try next time a do a flush, Zerex(something).
