Default Replacement pads. What were originals

What kind of pads are an OEM replacement like the originals on my 03 LeSabre. Were they ceramic? I've got 16 inch wheels.

I'd like to avoid dealer but if that'* the best, I'll buy there or parts direct, rockauto.

I'm replacing the rears most likely because I have a rear rotor at 50K that needs replacing because of warp. It was turned by the dealer at 33K instead of replacing. How do I check to see if there'* a problem with the caliper not moving? It seemed to move freely when I push in and out on it.

Are these rear rotors on H-bodies prone to warping? They're very thin.

I think the OEM may be semi metallic? dunno? however, I DO know there not ceramic (the dust from those are a very lightish brown) ceramics are safe to use and are quieter and accumelate much much less dust build up.
