Got 12 gallions of bad GAS
I fill up at a local Shell Station, and it was cold outside there for I filled the tank up while the car was running. I noticed that maybe after 5$ the engine began to misfire and sputter. I didnt think to stop pumpn the gas but to make a long story short... My car runs like ****... I drained all the fuel out put sum "Heet' in and put good fuel in, however the car still runs shitty I barely can drive, I also noticed my Catalytic Converter was cherry red.. Could that bad gas cause damage to my Catalytic Converter ????

The cat, among other things, burns the trace amounts of fuel that don't combust in the engine. For some reason, your engine isn't burning that bad gas, and it'* all flowing into your cat. The extra fuel being burned is making it glow, which is one step away from "very bad."
"Very bad," in case you're wondering, is a clogged (melted) cat. It'* a bit of a stretch, but check your spark plugs and fuel filter. One could have been fouled. Talk to the station owner as well, and find out if they got a bad batch.
(Also, most states have laws against filling the gas tank of a running car. At the very least, it may set a check engine light.)

Don't fill your tank with engine running. It kicks up debris and can clog the filter and or injectors. Start with checking the plugs. Clean the MAF, change the filter.

All good advice and the cat wouldn't be like that because of one bad fill-up. Usually it'* a bad plug/wire/coil pack, or the cat is clogged. Getting the car read for trouble codes would help here.
