some fail sooner that others. just like all electronics there are good batches and suck batches. they can fail at any time any way. but i'm still leaning towards corrosion on your issue. have you taken the seats out and the carpet to inspect the wires under there or the fuses and relays and such?

Haven't taken the seat or carpet out yet,BUT I did have the pass frt door **** the bed this afternoon-no rf window/rf lock/mirror inop now.Of course rf window is now stuck down 6".
Pulled the drivers door panel off to look at the module, did notice that it would only click if the drivers window switch was manipulated-no other windows, etc would click the ddm
Still sound like corrosion, eating one wire up at a time-or ddm failing slowly?

well..ripped out the seat and lifted carpet to start tracing wires,,followed main harness from lf to lr all looked ok,then traced section of harness that leads toward pass seat, and surprise, surprise, inside a little ball of tape....it was green with envy.

more than likely that'* your issue. once all the corrosion is cleaned up and the water leaks are fixed you will have far less issues
