I believe so, it runs from the condensor to the evaporator.

Correct, the low side service port is closest to the firewall. It is on the evaporator side of the expansion tube (orifice) located on top of the accumulator. In a properly charged A/C system, this line will get cold, the line & service port on the rad side of the expansion tube is warm to the touch which is the high side.

Is the orafice tube between the two fittings with the blue and black caps? This is the last thing to change out to get my ac working again. Everything else checks out.
