There is a relay in the under hood fuse block that you pull, then install a jumper in. I was trying to look up my old posts that say which one because I have none of my stuff over here in Iraq.

Relay number 30 in the underhood fuse block. You also have to jumper two of the connections for the highs to work right.

There you go! That relay. The cool thing on that relay it has a line diagram showing you what you need to jumper so they work right after you pull the relay.

Or in other words -
2000-2005 Pontiac Bonneville Remove relay #30 in the fuse panel under the hood. For the high beams to work correctly a jumper wire should be ran from 87a to 30 where the relay would normally be. If this isn't done the driver'* side high beam will not operate.
