Default Bonneville Seat heater Control Module

Allright...here'* the skinny:

I have 2000 bonneville ssei, without heated leather seats.

I have already picked up a center console, with the control switches for the heated seats.

Due to a TSB GM issued, I have the replacement element part numbers, which also gave GREAT instructions on how to pull your seat apart to install them. (The price isn't too bad on gmpartsdirect.)

Upon inspection, the harness is not already installed in all bonnevilles, but that does concern me much, as i'll just make my own, using the factory service manual wiring diagram.

The only thing I am missing is the part number for the Control Module that normally mounts to the bottom of each seat. Can anybody help? Hopfully that'* not to expensive.

Alternatively, I may buy one of the ready made seat heater kits, and just use the stock center console with the heater switches that I picked up. (Mostly because I want a clean looking install) I like this option less, because the seat element with the kit doesn't seem to be as nice as the GM. The GM is perfectly shaped for the Bonne seat, and I think will get maximum warmth to my entire butt during the winter.

Anyone else done this, or put the heated seat kit into thier newer (2000-2003) Bonneville?

BTW: I have a electronic copy of the TSB, that gives the exact installation instructions for the elements if anyone would like a copy. (PM me)

Also, when I get this done, I can write up all the tips if any one else wants to do the same thing. (Probably not...I'm probably the only one that didn't realize it was a option until to late. duh.)

That'* exactly what I wanted to do Freddi, Got ever option but heated seats. Was thinking about getting 03 console with heated switches and re-located cup holders and see what I can come up with. I know if I get the 03 one I'll have to move the traction off button but that shouldn't be a problem as long as the wires are long enough. I didn't look into pricing this out yet because I've only owned my 01 ssei for 4 weeks, but definitly need my buns warm come winter time. Install MUST be clean.

Very interested in what you come up with Freddi, let me know. I don't have an IM, if you could email me the TSB at taylorsturf@comcast.net that would be great.
Keep us updated.
