Urgent fuel rail info request.
For Chadow427 via phone.
What'* different about the 92-99 L67 fuel rails and the 2000-2005? I described how to remove the fuel lines, and he says he doesn't have the same tabs I have.

That procedure in the second link doesn't describe how to detach the fuel lines from the rail. That'* the issue.
Both of my cars have white tabs you squeeze together, then pull the line off the rail. He says his doesn't work that way.

The way I deal with removing the fuel lines/rail/injectors is to unbolt the top of supercharger stud (hold rail), unbolt the 4 10mm nuts (1 in each corner of the rail) after disconnecting the electrical to them. (push clips) I wiggle the rail and injectors and all comes right up.. then simply flop it backwards on the firewall/base of hood. Make sure not to kink the lines.

Sorry, I missed the disconnecting the fuel lines. If it'* for intake work, I do the same as Boosty, and just move the rail out of the way, rather than disconnect.

Right.. with Dick there.. if you don't flop them..then you'd need the tool pictured or another similar to push in..and release the spring holder inside.
