Default Planned mods - am I missing anthing

1.9 rockers
ceramic power log and crossover
new pulley (NEED INPUTS ON SIZE)
magnaflow high flow cat and mufflers
cooler plugs
72mm TB w/heat shield
shift kit w/ tranny flush and synthetic fluid
kyb gr2s up front monroe max airs out back
13" brakes up front 12" out back
HP tuners
Ported blower
blower spacer

Is there anything else that I need, or are there any pieces/parts here that I don't need?

My goal is not to see how much HP/TQ I can make. Cars are traction limited anyway and FWD cars have more probs with that because of the weight shift. I want to maintain driveability but have power to have fun. The list is just what I want to do. I did the same when I had my 03 cobra. Made a list, did it and ended up with 474.5whp/512wtq. Thanks for your time.

I would start with a 3.4" pulley, but you may get away with a 3.3" Only a scan will show this. You can go with wider tires, 245s should be fine.

Can I safely run a 3.4 having only the exhaust, TB and CAI or do I need to get HP tuners first?

Not that it matters, but any guesses on HP with those mods?

Toss a shift lit in ther ewith a canned PCM tune and you might be OK with a 3.4" The tuner is a real good idea, then you can skip the canned tune. With everything you have listed, 30 or 40 hp with a good tune. But there are a lot of factors involved.

I am running 245/45/17s now. They are fine. I need to get HPT so I can adj the tire size tho. Speedo shows me running 5.5% faster than I am.

I would probably think about swapping the ported blower/spacer for a Gen V or intercooler. The Gen 3 blower is still not overly efficient being ported.

From there that would maybe change the TB from a 72mm to a N* or LS1. You must be doing an intake, so that'* not needing to be mentioned.

Looks good overall though. Use the HPT to max timing w/o KR before going smaller on the pulley. In my experienced opinion the 3.4 should be good considering your heads will be the biggest restriction. W/o further flow out...you don't need more flow in, building pressure for the sake of saying you have 15lbs in the intake manifold is great for bragging rights, but bad for temps. Been there..tried that.

Wasn't planning on doing the intake. Do I need to? Will an intercooler fit under the stock hood?

Was hoping to keep the cost to between 2000 and 2500. New blower or intercooler blows that out.

Will be doing rockers the same time that I do the blower port job/spacer/gen 5/ which ever one of those happens. That way I don't have to try to do it around the dang blower.
