And here are the numbers....

1st pull 3 weeks ago before rockers: 221.2 WHP
1st pull today after rockers: 244.3 WHP

Net results of rockers? 23.1 WHP

For those wondering about my 222.4 pull, its the same as the one above, the number was adjusted to relate to the different temperature of todays run.

Here were the results of all 3 runs...the second run was made to quickly after the first and the engine was still too hot hence the lower power number...

The car is running fine, for some reason my o2 readings are rich on the dyno (both the autotap and the dyno 02 wideband show it in the 950 to 980. I'm beginning to think that 3rd gear is leaning me out. All the dyno pulls are in second. The dyno shows a very nice AF curve so I think the car is ok in that aspect. 3rd gear i think is to lean and I may have to wait on a PCM burn for that.

No, its not spring time yet, but so what?

My major issues I think are the PCM. Its to damn agressive and conservative. I mean come on, second gear ends at 90 and third gear is limited at 109? i'm starting to think my exhaust is to restrictive at this point also. I'm putting in colder plugs tomorrow to try and reduce my knock ( i was seeing anywhere from .5 on the first run to 3 and 4 on the second run because the engine was still hot). Headers and PCM are next on the list. I will say that in the upper RPMs my car has all new life thanks to the rockers. I really recommend them.

As for dyno time, its 100.00/hr for unlimited pulls or 65 for 3 pulls, or 85 for 3 pulls including wideband 02 and boost measures.

Those are some impressive numbers.Combine that with the headers and pcm, and you'll soon be cresting 300

Wow... excellent results.... and a fairly inexpensive mod (below $500).

Nice job.... those will fit in my 97 right? hehe
Might have to get some for my bday.

If the rockers yield 23hp, how much would a smaller pulley yield (without going too crazy).

After the rockers are in, with the right supporting mods (ie opened exhaust, headers, cloder plugs) you will probably see an extra 15-20hp and 20-30lb torque from going to to a 3.2 from a 3.4. I put on a 3.2 for my third run, and while i gained some boost i made no more HP or torque due to the KR I was getting and my restricted exhaust. Once my headers are in and I get a high-flow cat I should be set to see those gains. My colder plugs are going in today or tomorrow...

Very cool info, so I take it you were doing the 3 runs w/ o2 for 85 mostly. I priced out dynos local to me and place I went was 50 for 2 runs and 85 an hour, When I did my throttle body swap and CAI it took me 1.75 hours and only charged me 140. Nice guys at APG performance in Woodale,IL.

Anyways have you talked to Scott about getting a custom DHP? Do they have all the programming done already or do they still need to de-code some of it. I've been talking with Charles from DHP and sounds like he wants to go through it all to couble check everything. Also he might be able to prgram someother things to be displayed in the DIC. Just curious to what you've heard.

Ya its Winter and I'm just waiting till it gets a little warmer for my mods. Going to do my headers with a guy in his driveway next don't want to freeze my but off. Next for me is TOGS, probably rockers, than DHP. Going to get new wires and plugs 1.5 range colder delcos when the togs go in. Also going to get a ported stage 2 Throttle body too. Oh and can't forget a C-ya racing LSD. Actually might get motivated and get the LSD soon, make winter driving a little better.

Not planning much cause going to Reno, NV and Lake Tahoe in 2 weeks, cant wait. When I get back the LSD will go on.

Can't wait till everything is on, your rocker stories are incouraging me not to wait till spring.
