GMPD Isn't showing seperate part numbers for the alternators by supercharger or no supercharger.

The 00-02 shares P/N 10464440. Please wait for the experts though before you spend money. I *think* I'm right

They are different part numbers
L67 10464440
L36 10464439

Same Bracket and tensioner numbers though, so it might work?
L67 & L36 12564508

yes, they will be a different part #, the L67 is 125amp and the L36 is a 105amp.

I'm thinking about getting a 125amp instead of buying a Mr.Alternator

According to 93 SLE I have the 140 amp on my 05 SLE and its a good ol 3800 Series II. Why is toasted only 105? Can I ask what is the advantage in having a bigger (higher amp) alterantor? Better performance? I know I should know this!

the bigger alt will have more power to charge the battery and not place an electrical load on the battery and the alt therefor not shortening there life

its to support my extra 50 amps of stereo equipment.. all that extra power puts a big strain on the battery and alternator
