on the end of your Accelerator Cable there is a clip that hooks onto a Pivot Arm ( name?) ...anway there are 2 wires...one is your Accelerator and I think the other is the choke. There is a little plastic piece on the end of the choke that busted in half. I want to order a new one from GM, but I need to know what the part is called . If I have a chance to take a picture I will. If someone knows please help. Thanks a lot.

I think the pivot arm to which you refer is named the throttle body lever. The other control cable would be the cruise control cable. The piece on the end of the cruise control cable at the thottle body lever would be the adjustment lock. Sorry, I don't have part numbers. Post pics if you can for clarity. Oh yeah, you were joking about the choke, right?

Believe it or not, it wasn't too many years ago that I still had a car with a manual choke.
