There is a E/M button to change from imperial to metric by just the touch of a button. All the gauges can change.

That speedometer reads out km/hr. Is that right? The temperature gage numerics are metric also.

I believe the difference between the US version and the Canadian version is the Canadian reads 0-220 and the US 0-140....but I could be wrong.

Yes the temp gauge is in metric Celcius but the speedo will toggle between mph or kph.....so we can have a 220 mph range. :P

In the very bottom right of that picture you can see the boost guage, looks like a -70 instead of a -10.

Yes the boost gauge reads in kilopascals. 1.0 psi = 6.9 kPa
So 70 kpa is approx. 10 psi.

220 km/hr is equivalent to approximately 140 mph, is that correct?

Yes 220 kph is roughly equal to 140 mph.
But when I want to go faster I simply toggle the E/M button and the needle drops.
Unfortuneatly it won't go much past 155 mph when in the 0-220 mph mode.
