Default Leaking coolant - Need help

I noticed today my car seems to be leaking coolant at the back of the motor and is pooling up where the injectors are. Is this common? When i replace the gasket is there any other gaskets I should do just for the sake of doing while I have it apart?

This picture should help for the first one.

Top center near the firewall - it looks like you are missing a piece in your picture (or your hand is blocking it) and that is why you can't find where to connect that vaccum line.

The one that T'* off at the LIM continues on to the back of the engine and plugs onto a hidden location on the underside of the MAP sensor. Your current vaccum line is not long enough.

Ok I have the vacuum hooked up to the MAP now. The one im holding in the first picture, The one end is there (connected to the PCV, I believe that'* what it is) but I don't know where the other end goes. It looks like on your picture it runs up beside the TB. What is it going to there?

I am pretty sure without looking that it goes to the front port on the throttle body. it goes right under that main wire loom.

I'm not sure what;* going on. I cannot find anything to attach that to. It just makes no sense at all to me. Any chance anyone has a picture or something? Or do you know what it is called so that I can google it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well thanks for the help and pics haro, after looking at the pic 100 times I finally realized that the line comes to the front of the TB. Ended up being successful with no leaks.
