Default Instrument cluster completely dead after dash removal

Looking for some suggestions on which plugs or components I should look at first. Short story is that I ripped out the dash this weekend to replace the evaporator. Got the dash all reassembled and I have no guages, no illumination on the guages, and no DIC.

I was thinking maybe the plugs are upside down or something wasn't quite plugged in all the way. I have checked most of the fuses that I thought could have blown and the Cluster Integration Module is plugged in. One thing that I did notice is that when I reconnected the battery I did not get the typical whirling/buzzing motor sound up front like normal. The car starts and runs good, just the cluster is completely dead.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

Pull the dash back apart and look for any missed connections, grounds etc. Hard to say what you may have done without actually seeing what you done.

I already have taken it back apart and everything looks right, no ground connections are in the dash.

Can someone verify that the instrument cluster plug wiring comes in from the topside? If the wires come up from the bottom, then I have the plug harnesses in upside down.
