Default Fuse Box Question

From a different thread by Cruiser5002:

"I started the car and it was running perfectly, no misses ... so it ran fine for about 10 minutes put the fuse box cover back on under the hood so I could test drive it and it started to miss again. so I kinda shook the fuse box and the motor died altogether. turned the key and not even a light would come on! so I disconnected the negetive battery cable then the battery cable at the fuse box and lifted the fuse box up and pushed all the connectors all the way on. a couple of them were pretty loose.
and that did the trick."

I did an oil change and changed a fuse. Upon restart engine ran horrible and I got codes P0201 and P0301. Installed new injector and same problem. Wiring looks undamaged. I am thinking I have a similar fuse box problem. My question is;

When I lift the fuse box, am I lifting the entire box, does the box split in two and what connectors was he referring to? I just don't want to make matters worse.

there are wires connected to the bottom of the panel itself. i would begin by rechecking the fuse you changed the sockets like to get loose when you do anything to them. inspect the place where the tabs go and sometimes you can slide a little screwdriver in and bend them lightly so its tighter

Fuse box bolts were loose. I initially thought I had to loosen them up to remove the cover and never tightened them.
