How to make the Sunroof Lift just near the rear
Can anyone tell me how to make the sunroof lift at the back only, just a couple inches as I see in many SSEi pics. No matter what I do mine just seems to want to fully open and recess, partially open but still lay flat or fully close. No lift at the rear it seems?
Stupid question I know...

im not familiar with the switches in the 2000 and newer cars but usually all you have to do is have the roof closed completely and then push the switch just like you would if you were closing the roof. it should pop up

Alrighty then, I feel STUPID now. Thanks for the info. Of course it works...I had actually tried that a few months ago but I guess there is a fine line between just the right position and not, for my switch I was simply pushing forward, not up and forward so to speak.

Like they say in submarines, the only stupid question is the one you don't ask. Feel free anytime to ask questions no matter how simple, or small they may seem. We're here to provide the best tech support in the free world! : ) The sunroof position that you inquired about is known as the vent position.

Don't worry about it, I had some trouble with mine also. All my other cars (mostly Nissan) had seperate buttons, one to slide and one to push up. But this set-up is more intuitive, at least once you figure it out.
