fixed the hubs and rear struts and still not fixed...HELP
mind boggling issue.....
When i turn corners or accelerate quick the whole floor of my car shakes. its not fun at all.. so after talking with 1500000 mechanics each and every one told me (including a family member whos in the business) told me it could be the wheel hubs.
Changeed them today (not fun) and still i get the same issues. Im wondering if somethings up in the drive axles. it doesnt matter what gear i am in, it will shake.
As for the rear end of the car, you get a rattle noise when i ride over PENNDOT'* cheapo pothole repairs....you know, when the whole road is just patches of blacktop and the whole ride is bumpy . lol basically it sounds like the noise is coming from the top and its hollow enough that when i tapped the strut tower, it made the same noise. so i replaced the rubber peice that holds the strut to the tower. the old ones were pretty beat up. I air wrenched them...theyre on tight, and the sounds are still there.
im completely lost. im glad the 1992 is gonna be back on the road again.
i know...turn the key and drive, its magic. but i did drop some cash for the problems to get fixed and their still around. slight bummer.

You mention they said check the wheels and bearings. Did you check the wheels? It is possible that one is somehow off balance when not tracking straight.

Any transmission issues? Could the shudder be coming from there?
As for the noise, was it the rear shocks and one mount that you replaced? If so, you have installed them way too tight. As they are shocks, they don't need to be torqued down so far. I think that it'* only something like 20 ft lbs for the shock rod, and 18 for the mounting nuts...I'd have to look them up to be sure.
The rear mounts have been known to tear apart from the center, and some of the after-market mounts don't isolate well. One even sent back Monroe mounts that were noisy and put the originals back in.

boost..... the wheels are all balanced. im not gonna loose sleep over it, i just cant seem to figure out why its being all weird. lol
Archon... i remember you telling me about the shock mounts. the OEM ones were totally chewed up. i replaced them with GM ones again...they were very inexpensive my cost. I do think that maybe theyre on too tight. i never thought of using my torque wrench...go figure it was 20 feet away from me.
thats something to mess with tomorrow.
As for my transmission, it was serviced and they said that it is fine. I found that to be correct because i looked at it personally and it seemed to be fine. But again i dont wanna be up all night figuring out what it is. I wonder if there have ever been drive axle issues. i know i mentioned it before but the transmission seems okay.
unless there was something that im supposed to look for in the trans..but usually problems jump right out infront of you if somethings wrong when looking at the transmission. ill take any advice i can get on this one..i appreciate it.

The TSB on the pressure control solenoid includes shudders on hard acceleration as a symptom.
Condition
Some owners of the above vehicles with a HydraMatic 4T65-E transaxle may comment on harsh upshifts or harsh garage shifts, soft shifts, shudders on hard acceleration, or shifts erratic. These conditions may appear intermittently or set a DTC P1811 or P0748. During diagnosis, a low or high line pressure (actual versus desired) may be observed.
Cause
The above condition may be due to any one of the following which may affect line pressure output:
^ Sediment inside the pressure control (PC) solenoid valve, causing the PC solenoid valve to mechanically bind.
^ Sediment in the valve body, causing the torque signal regulator valve to stick.
^ Incorrect transaxle oil level.
