First thought was the same as Dan'*. Since he already posted it the pressure is on and I had to come up with more.
In case you can't scan it because it'* not running to get to a free scan and everyone would charge you for one.
Unplug the MAF sensor (it controls fuel as well) in a pinch. Expect to need a little throttle and to have to keep the car running for a minute with the throttle. After that the pcm should learn it'* on the table and not the sensor.
Then toss in a fuel pressure test. this covers checking the pump which would show up as a lean bank code in a scan.
Between these two and or the scan, you should know pretty quickly how to get it back on the road again.
