There'* a O ring on there, so be careful. Lube it up before you put it back in.

Is there a specific kind called throttle body cleaner? I saw carb cleaner but nothing that said throttle body

Same thing. Just make sure the MAF is removed before cleaning it. In fact, remove all the sensors.

ended up being the IAC, took it out and it was pretty dirty so I can it a good blast of throttle body cleaner and it started first time this morning from a total cold start

but when I was leaving school it didn't want to start right up, held the gas for a second and it was good, so I think I will try to clean the whole throttle body and do a writeup
