the trans just may need a good fluid change. im assuming that you cant drive it before hand.... the Blower will never go bad, the coupler and the nose drive may be needing to be replaced but that is a EASY job. if you here a rattle that is the problem
the window regulators go bad, some have trunk leaks, there is a problem with the intermediate shaft, but by now thoes should have been taken care of. although the window regulators can give out at anytime

I'd definitely keep an eye on the trans. I had a 1999 SSEi and by the time it hit 142K the tranny had been rebuilt twice.
Otherwise, the car should be a very solid car. I sold my SSEi with 163K and it now it has 175k and it'* still running like a champ.
I would never doubt the reliability of a L67 as long as it'* not knocking or making any unneccesary noises.
Oh, and a 2000 SSEi for $4500 -

I have an SSEi...though a different series....and I got the car at 193K......And I'm on 204K right now and never had any problems with the engine.
Everything about the */C has been stated. Trannys are weak.....but if the fluids good and tranny feels strong.....Get on that crap man!

Our '00 SSEi has 138k on it and it runs excellent. Orignal tranny still that shifts great still (knock on wood). We've replaced both rear window motors, lower intake gasket, drivers halfshaft, and it'll be getting a new drivers side wheel bearing this week as well, but other than that we've really had no problems. (I may have missed a few things, but its mostly all normal maintenance I believe) The trans on that car could go out tommarrow, or it could last 200,000 more miles, you never know. If it seems like its what you're looking for, then pick it up. Obviously check it over and make sure everything looks good before you buy it, but if everything seems okay then I think its a good deal. If you don't want it tell me where its at and I'll go pick it up tommarow!!!
