I don't believe I ever made one, but here'* how it'* done.

Remove fuel pressure.

Disconnect fuel lines

Unplug all injectors

Remove 4 nuts holding fuel rail down. Also bolt on top.

Wiggle and pull up. All injectors will come off with the rail.

Replace bad injector.

Lube injector O rings

Line up all injectors and push down

Put bolt and nuts back and tighten.

Connect fuel lines.

Plug in injectors.

Its pretty simple. Disconnect the wiring, un-bolt the fuel rail (look around for where the bolts hold the fuel rail down, and lift up the fuel rail. If you try to lift it and it won't come up, you missed a bolt somewhere. The injectors should pop right out with the rail.

Yeah Danthurs beat me to it, lol. Forgot about the relieving fuel rail pressure.

Looks like a air valve. Push it in and the gas will come out

If you want a mess on your hands and have to scrub them to get the smell off, that'* one way to do it.

The easiest way to relieve fuel pressure by far is to remove the fuel pump relay from the fuse box and crank the engine over till it stops sputtering.

Ok, i've changed the cylinder 1 injector, then went and erased the codes at advance but it still doing the same thing but no codes are coming up. how can there be no codes if it'* still running like crap. it seems to run just fine in park, revs just fine, but in drive, whenever i put a lil gas to her she wants to miss and/or sputter, i can get up to highway speed but very slowly. going up a hill it'll slow down. also the booster gauge is acting funny, in park it seems normal but while driving, it hardly takes any pressure on the pedal to make it jump up past 0 to right around 5psi. what would cause this? w/o the ses light, will it still give me a code if i put the code reader on it? Thanx again for any help

Test fuel pressure, change fuel filter

Check the EGR valve.

Check for vacuum leaks

Test coils, you may have a bad coil, this will cause a loss of power under load.
