Check to see if one of the drains for the sun roof is clogged. Could also be damaged door weather seal molding.

my rear floor wetness came from the front door seals, you have to have a seriously leaky trunk to make the back seat sloor wet, and you would probably have some electrical problems to go with the dampness

at one time my rear floor had about an inch of standing water all coming from the front door seals.

this thread has some good info

John, did this start happening after your window regulator work and by the same door? If so, it'* possible that the water deflector for that door may not have sealed properly when put back on. That sticky seal can be a bit of a pain to work with. It'* possible it could be the water deflector seal anyway, as it is a known issue. The door seals, and sunroof are also.

ARCHON the repaired door is opposite side, and no water on passenger side at all.I just found out front driver side wet too, so both front and back driver side what would be the best way of diagnosing which problem it is and the fix.( sunroof drain, door seal , trunk seal)My headliner is dry all round, door seals look good but I am not too sure what to look for.

Look at either the rear of the front door seal or the front of the rear door seal. I would guess the problem is down low and not up high in the seal area.

Have someone pour water on the drivers door window so that it flows down through the door. While they're doing that you enter car from passenger side and look very carefully along bottom edge of door trim from the speaker back to the rear part of door. Have a bright light handy, you'll need it. If you observe water trickleing from behind door panel, it is a faulty water deflector or water deflector seal (butyl sealant) as called out by ARCHON. Do the same procedure for left rear door.

I had the same problem this past week....rear drivers side floor soaked up to about half way under the drivers seat. I couldn't see where it came from but haven't checked the door seals yet. Would the side of the floor be wet where the water came in, or would you not be able to notice really?
