Fuel Line?
I need to replace a fuel line on a 2000 Bonneville SE. My question is: Where the nylon line from the top of the fuel rail connects to the steel line to the gas tank; Are these two lines just press-fitted together? No orings or special fittings?

If you look just slightly below the master cylinder of your brakes, you'll see the fuel lines where the plastic changes to metal. The plastic is mostly shrunk over the metal..
Which part do you need to change out?

The plastic line. While replacing the line with the elbow/quick disconnect that connects to the fuel rail I bent the line fairly severely trying to get the union into where I cut the line.I don't feel safe leaving it in place because I'm certain I weakened it. I was just going to replace the whole setup (new quick disconnect to fuel rail and plastic line connected to metal line.
