Default No windows working or power locks???

I just bought a 2000 bonneville and discovered the following..............only my drivers window works, I can hear the other windows "click" at each door when I push the down button on the drivers door master control but nothing works............along with this, the power locks are acting up......they will lock from master control but will not unlock..........any ideas?? Does the "click at each door mean my regulators/modules are ok??? Are these issues related? Also the horn dont work. related? All fuses were checked under rear seat and engine compartment and are OK. Need damn windows and door locks......

Another item.........passenger floor is soaked with no rain or car wash recently... I'm thinking AC drain blocked or loose since its been hot and humid and AC has been running continuous...............where exactly is it so I can check?

P.*. I'm aware via search of the 2000 model door leak issues and will handle that seperate before it rains.......

So a wet passenger floor can mean one or two things. A plugged or dirty evaporator, or a plugged or disconnected sunroof drain. Check this post out on cleaning the evap https://www.gmforum.com/t278997/

As for the DDM (drivers door module) and the door/window issue...we tried unsuccessfully to 100% determine a similar problem and suggested a Tech II scan from a dealer. It might be a communication link issue, a DDM or another DM.

If the water is more towards the front foot area that'* the EVAP drain. The write up Purple posted will help you find that drain.

Thanks for the replies guys..............UPDATE........I picked up a window motor today and plugged it into the connector at each door and the test motor ran at all doors so each motor IS getting power. I removed each window motor and tested each one and they all ran just fine so maybe its the window up/down drive assembly?? I also noticed that the motors all run fairly slowly............is that normal?

BTW, also noticed my power drivers seat is'nt working either............anything common to all these (windows, seat, horn) ???

The common element would be a ground. If you have water on the floor, you might have had a problem for awhile and have some corrosion in wires that run under the carpet and seats.

Check this thread out and see if its of any help : https://www.gmforum.com/t274001/

Thanks man...........I had already read that thread on the corroded splice under the drivers seat and have actually exposed that splice and it is fine with zero corrosion........its the passenger side thats wet and theres about 1/4" of water around the base of the battery..........on another note....where the hell is the bolt that holds the outer rear of the drivers seat in place, I got the other 3 bolts out that were torx heads....where is the 4th bolt? I hate to keep adding stuff but the windshield washers aint working either......

another update......... I removed my drivers side rear regulator (what a pain) and it "seems" ok but just a little stiff........I then tried to run the motor by itself but no go and my good test motor wont run either...so what now?

With all the electrical issue you are having, I'm not sure that we can get anything figured out here for you. I had recommended getting a Tech II scan done at the dealer. The scan can pinpoint the problem areas, which with our cars, all can be related to a single module or data link.
