Disabling DRL's (kinda new dont know which forum to post??)

Default Disabling DRL'* (kinda new dont know which forum to post??)

I was wondering if there was any way to disable the daytime running lights on a 2000 SE. I know i did them in my 2000 Grand Prix wiht nothing affected, they still come on automatically at night. If any one has done this mod please let me know??

And here are some pics of when I did this to may car.


Follow the wire coming from that white resistor to the plug nearby and unplug it.

Sorry, the above procedure is not applicable to the 2000+ Bonnevilles. Search TECHINFO for DRL'* for 2000+, or search forums for disabling DRL'*. Basically, remove the DRL relay (relay#30) from the underhood fuse block, insert a jumper from terminal 30 to terminal 87a in the relay socket. This will disable the DRL, it will also disable the DRL function from perimeter lighting feature if your car is equipped with perimeter lighting.
