Default Service Stability System

Has anyone ever had this service code show up? Any idea what'* involved? I notice that the auto-levelling system isn't working, and I'm hoping this is all just a relay or something simple.

Yes, when I had a wheel bearing go, I had that Stabillity, and traction control warning codes appear. My back-end also raises, and lowers by its self.
After I had the wheel bearing fixed the warning codes went away. Hopefully, this will give you a start. My warning lights didn't come on until I made some hard turns or had been driving 20 minutes.
I also have a 2000 Bonn.

Default Stability error.

Just got this error message this morning. Has anyone figured out what the cause is?

TIA

Just had this fixed this week. It was a wheel sensor in the right front wheel hub. 435.00. They had to replace the whole hub 1.3 hours labor. luckily my warranty covered it.

I've got this same error code. Not sure how to go about troubleshooting. Are there other things that can cause this to pop up?

Thanks,

There are a few codes to look up but in general is it too high or too low?
If its too high check the air lines are not kniked or froze?
If its too low check the air compressor conections inlets outlets etc.
The leveling sensor itself is behind the drivers side rear wheel. Check them connections too.

In my case, the trac control system was being shut off....this means no ABS not auto braking, no speed compensation etc...whether this affects the other thigns I dont know. As for codes the funny thing was mine didnt throw any I could pick up. The tech at the shop had trouble getting them with his tech 2 also. He found a bunch of old codes but not one from this particular DIC message. I told him to have it at it and call me when it was done. I'm not sure what he did to diangose it as the wheel hub, but that was it.

HOLY CRAP! My pass side bearings went out I do have 108Kmi. The wheel could wobble 1/4" anyway an new beaing/hub with sense leads was less than $150 @ autozone and was one of the easiest R/R I've done. 1.3 sounds about right. Glad your warr covered it also.

I recently removed the one of the rear calipers to check for pad wear. To do it, I had to disconnect the speed sensor but when I put it back together, I forgot to hook the sensor back up. I got the light right away and realized what I had forgotten to do.
