what can I do to cheaply fix a crack in my exhaust manifold?

weld it.

I had mine welded today and it was only 30 bucks.

or while you are at it, get some PEMs.

how much would it cost to weld it at a muffler shop?

Bills Muffler shop will do it for 30 bucks but that incudes welds around all the outlets as well.
