Default mod consensis

After digging through most of the back posts I have a few questions regarding mods

1. Exzaust(sp) I have a 01se will exzaust work help or hinder ?
2. pcm upgrade yea or na ....this I am really intrested in mostly for the change in the shifting paterns ...what pcm'* are there and what would you recomend ?
3. cia ...is it worth the effort ?
4.180 thermo agin worth the effort on a se ?
5.rockers what kind of bump in power would you recive with these ?

cai, some type of less restrictive cat, and a cat back system would be a great start... get it breathing better

A popular thing for the SE to do, is switch to a dual exhaust system, that flows and sounds better. That, a Cold Air intake, Chip, and rockers would give you substantial power increases together, as well as shifting programs, and bring you near, if not at a stock ssei level.
