Default 2002 Bonneville Fuel Splash

I have a 2002 Pontiac Bonneville and I just started having problems when filling the gas tank, fuel splashes out of the fill hole at any fill speed. Anyone else have this problem or know what is causing this. Thanks for any information you can provide.

Do you have a check engine light? I have an evap control valve problem, my mechanic said if another valve goes bad, then you wont be able to fill up your car. Hope thats not it.

Where and what is this evaporator control valve, that is probably what it is, it seems like it is getting worse. Thanks for your quick reply
