I did a write up a while back, this was on a 97. Not sure if your car will be different.

I know for sure they are different. On the 00+ Bonneville the headlights and corner lights are one piece. I hope someone could help me out. I would like to tackle them tomorrow first thing in the morning.

I tried looking for articles on this site, but when the system changed the links changed so they don't come up right. Sorry. I think toastedoats has done that year. But I could be wrong.

Headlights are fairly easy to do. When I did mine I put them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes to loosen the seal. After the seal is loose just pull apart the cover and take the amber insert out. Then match the pieces back together and seal it well. You can use silicone or pretty much anything else. I used the black sealant on mine. You'll want to let that dry before you put them back in. Mine were pretty dry after a couple hours.
Here'* the link for the taillights:

Hope this helps.
