Default Odd Noise wile driving.

I have an odd noise coming from the front end at random times that I cannot figure out.
It'* a pretty low noise & you can slightly feel it as well when it dose it. It makes a whoop, whoop, kinda sound just barley loud enough that you can just hear it. This happens at completely random times, but I have noticed it will do it almost anytime you turn the wheel just slightly to the right like when changing lanes.
I've checked everything I can think of, tires, tie rod'*, ball joint & everything looks fine. I'm at a loss other than suspecting a bad bearing possibly. Anyone have any ideas???

I know it'* nothing like that. It'* too low of of sound/feel. It really almost feels like a broken belt but I have rotated the tires & it still comes from the same place so that would rule that out.
