You're car has a horn. If you pushed all around on the steering wheel and it doesn't work, you need to check the fuses, and then if the fuse is good, the wiring and then the micros switch in the steering wheel.

I believe all cars either by law or by insurance policies need to have horns. Your car does definitely have all the stuff to honk, but something isn't right. Check fuses first. There'* a list of what each fuse does on the fuse panel covers. Perhaps one of the 2000+ people could help you out on where the horn fuse is located. I have a 2000+ air bag & steering wheel from a retrofitting project, and the horn is actually not where you think it is on the steering wheel. Press around the horn groove, and you should find it assuming that all the electronics are working properly.

Also, check the horn itself. Pull it off and supply 12 volts to the contacts (plug your ears first). Fuses, horn, microswitch ... check in that order. The fuse location will be shown in the owner'* manual. If you don't have an owners manual, you can download one here:

If nothing turns up in the wiring it is probably the horn, mine made kind of a quiet clunk when I hit the horn, got a replacement from Morad and now I sound like I have balls again on the road
