My driver side headlight keeps going out I took the headlight assembly right out and the socket that plugs into the bulb is burnt and melted on the black wire side.Can I buy the plug end and splice it into harness?Do they sell them?

You can replace it with a pigtail connector that should be available from many different auto parts stores. If not, your GM dealer can certainly order one. You can also check for an AC Delco reseller in your area. Which of the two vehicles are you referring to?

Its for my 2000 ssei.

If you can't find one at a parts store, here are some AC Delco dealers near you. If it'* for the low beam bulb the pigtail part number is PT167. I wasn't able to find one for the high beam but I'm sure they could help you out.
