it may be corrosion or a bad Drivers door module. when ya hit the key fob and such it all goes through the drivers door module then out to the other doors. just to ask have you tried usung the switches on the rear doors? also have you looked at fuses and such?

The rear switches dont work either,I havent checked fuses and such, but I just noticed this morning that the drivers rear floor/carpet is soaked with water.
Are there any harnesses that run down that side under the carpet?

yup there'* a lot of wires that run under there as seen here

there are a lot of ground busses under there that if the start to corrode will reek havoc on you accessories and such.

do you have a sunroof? water in the trunk?

if the weather is nice on the weekend maybe i'll rip the seat out and look under the carpet to investigate, thinking its almost time to flog this old bitch.
