Alright all of a sudden my power Passenger and Rear windows and locks quit working, they will not go up or down and will not lock unless I manually do it. What would be causing this? Is the main control for all these in the driver side unit or could all 3 other doors really quit working?

I suspect the your DDM (drivers door module) has gone bad.

i have the same problem ill have to look into that, only the drives door locks with the power and only that doors window and the sun roof work.

I have this exact issue too. I initially thought it was the DDM and managed to find another 2000 wrecked and got the DDM from it. It didn't work either. It was only $10 so I didn't sweat it. Finally broke down and spent the $300-ish and bought the OE part new...still didn't fix it! Took it to an independent crack-auto electrical shop and they said the DDM was OK and the switches were fine, but there'* an issue with the large orange wire in the harness somewhere between the drivers seat and the rear seat (fuse panel). Had to take the car before they could go any further, but I was planning to take the drivers seat out and look around for a bad/corroded connection. I've got an SSEI (sunroof and fully loaded) and it'* got all the typical problems seen on here. Just noticed the floors are soaked too which may be part of the issue. Stupid GM put torx bolts in the seat brackets and are going to be a nightmare to get out before I can get a look at the harness. I've got 2 good extra DDM'* if it turns out to be your problem! If you know anyone with a Bonne, switch your DDM into their car (not the opposite in case some random electrical prolem in your car blows theirs up too!) to confirm. Once I get the seat out, I'll get back in and have another look and post my findings. If I don't see the problem, it'* going back to the independent and I'll also list what they found. The best looking, but not the best car I've owned by a long-shot unfortunately.

Corroded wires on the floor pan under the carpet has been a problem and the cause for wire/connector corrosion, and when corrected the solution to several different electrical problems.

Torx bolts can be a pain, but use some good penetrating oil and soak them well for several days. Also, get a good set of torx bits for your socket set...the proper fitting bit for the bolts makes all the difference in the world.

I'm having the exact same problem down to the soaked carpet. Did you find anything?

Start with checking the grounds. Find out where the water is coming in and the follow that to see if anything is corroded. Clean what you find, and deal with the leak, it will not go away, it will only get worse.

just fixed my windows today. like many only the drivers door worked

take out your seat and your panels on the drivers side

pull out your seat and pull back the carpet
now there will be alot of water under there

I also have a ssei and my water is coming from the left front drain hose

to get your windows to work open the wiring under the seat and look for a light brown and white wire.
one will come from the front and go to the back mine was broke by the b pillar and it was also broken where they run under the seat. the wires will conjoin into a white looking "fuseable link" then connect to the drivers side browns. let me know if this worked. took me about 3 hours from start to end. once i get my scanner ill upload the wiring diagram
