LIM project question
While I have everything apart, I'm going to tackle whatever additional repairs that are easier to do now rather than later. These include the supercharger coupler,valve cover gaskets, vacuum tees and possibly any idlers that typically go bad.
Of the four idlers/tensioners, any recommendations on which ones should be replaced?The car has 90,000 miles on it and although I haven't noticed any unusual noises, I thought I would replace and suspect ones as a precaution.

If you're going to be replacing pulleys, whiy not just do them all, then? They aren't that expensive, and all have about the same "miles" on them.
The #3 pulleys in the picture would be the ones to start with, then 8, then 9.

Sounds reasonable. On a related note, I took the LIM in to have it tanked so I didn't have to mess with cleaning it. After I dropped it off, I got to thinking that on the end above the transmission, there is a cover plate. I don't know what is in there but will being put in the tank hurt anything(I did remove the temperature sensor)?

The cover plate is just a cover plate. Nothing under it but coolant. You will want to replace the gasket for this plate though, as they are known to leak over time/miles.

This statement is the largest pile of BS I've heard this week.
Someone please find me 1 post here on the club where someones cover plate gasket leaked.

That was the very first leak that this car had.
Not a big leak, just a drip every time I shut her down and it would accumulate on the trani.....you know the spot Boosty....the one you lost a bolt to during your LIM gasket change.
From then on, all coolant gaskets go on with a smear of hi temp RTV. I don't trust that tiny bead of red that runs around factory gaskets.
