Default thinking out loud

well if you have noticed I have been asking a lot of questions. I will condense most of them down into this post any help would be great
1 would a broken motor mount cause the car to seem sluggish from the get go
2 could a broken motor mount cause knock.
3 I am a L36 and I got whistling sound similar to a whine kinda like a blowercould it be a vaccum leak
4. could plugs with a smaller gap aka .55 vs .60 affect the mileage
5. would a bad set of shocks or struts make the car pull to one side vs the other with a relatively fresh alignment.
6 would the poly endlink and bushings actually help.
7 would anything help with the insane amount of body roll when taking a corner at a higher rate of speed
8 would it be bad shock that cause the car to ride like an old truck

these are some things that have been roling through my head and can't seem to figure out with the search functions to my satisfaction TIA

Why is this posted in Performance and Brainstorming?

This is clearly a mechanical/maintenance post. Please read the Forum descriptions and make sure you post in the proper section.

well a bad strut er shock could cause issues body roll might be helped by some endlinks oh sure a bad motor mount could cuase some issues have you checked the mount yet two people is very helpful and pulling to one side probably wouldn't be helped by the endlinks but maybe the shock strut how many miles on it currently

I am currently at 102K and climbing fast. the car was a rental car I have come to find out in it'* previous life so I am thinking it is the abuse it prolly got and my rear is really starting to sag. I am also thinking maybe tires because they are close to saying goodbye I am hoping they last till september and I will just get snows put on then and next summer get better performance rubber

Bad/worn suspension parts can cause all kinds of body control issues. Worn struts (front), shocks (rear) and end links could be the issue for most of them. Pulling to one side is more often caused by tires, including low air pressure.

For your whistling problem, check your PCV valve and O-ring.

If you have a broken vacuum line, replace it. Crazy glue dries hard, and even if it sealed for now, it will crack soon.

Check and make sure that it has the o-ring around the bottom part of the PCV valve. If that is missing, or doesn't seat properly, it will create a vacuum in the crankcase that exhibits itself as a squeal. Eventually, it could ruin your seals.

When the car is running - remove the oil filler cap and see if the squeal goes away. If so, that'* your problem. You'll also feel quite a pull on your hand if you put it over the opening when the cap is removed.
