where does the vacumn hose from the map sensor go to. thnks

If you look real closely, it appears that the vacum line connected to the MAP sensor works it way back to the boost control solenoid. Check it out.

deuce, what year/trim level do you have? Please put that info in your signature. I'm assuming you have a VIN 1 engine. (SSEi)

i think its too short to reach the boost control selenoid. i cant find anywhere where it would pug into the selenoid. thnks

maybe its the the map sensor. it is in the rear of the engine on a bracket bolted to the valve cover in the rear. I had to remove it to replace the rear valve cover gasket. Its black about 1.5 x 3 inches and has a blue three pronb plug that plugs into the side and the vacumn hose comes out of the bottom. thnks

That is correct, what you describe is the MAP sensor.
