Welcome to GM Forum! I've moved your thread into the Mechanical and Maintenance section so that more people will see it.

Anyway, when was the last time that you had your wheels re-aligned?

bout 7 months ago, i got new tires, and outer rod ends, felt it was needed...... do you think the inner tie rods could be doing this?

Here'* a little test: jack up your car so that a front wheel is off the ground.Make sure to use jack stands Grab it at opposite ends of the tire and try to move it back and forth, and up and down. If your tire moves side-to-side, it can be your tie rod ends. If your tire moves up and down, it can be your ball joints. If it moves in both directions, it could also be worn wheel hubs.

Repeat on the other wheel to make sure. If you have a problem on one side, replace both parts.

What mileage is on that Bonneville? Has the car experienced any accidents, potholes, or curb-jumping recently?

A broken coil spring will cause that tire to have negative camber. And that will cause that tire to pull.
