Default water inside the transmision.

the oil cooler inside the radiator broke & I got oil in the coolant. Problem was fixed, & Ive changed the trans fluid 2 twice. But its giving me problems when I take off from a light . Im asuming is on first gear. Any advice on what to do other that what Ive done allready.
I bought Slick 50 for the transmision. Should I use it?

fluid drain or flush? you need to FLUSH...draining doesn't get everything out.

whats the diffrence?
I took the line out & turned the car on untill all of the oil was out, then add some more fluid.

ehhh, I don't know about that either. There could still be old fluid in the TC. No way you got it ALL out. A flush is when you hook it up to a machine that actually pumps new fluid through the entire system and cleans out everything.

A flush is more complete than a drain and filter change.
Even still a flush wont get all the fluid out either, some will still be in the tc.

Not sure about the slick 50 but the Lucas Transmission stabilizer would help.

It helped. About 95% of the problem is gone. I will run the car like that for a couple of days & then do another oil & filter change.

Water is heavier than oil. Drop your pan. The water (most of it) will be in the bottom of the pan AND IN THE BOTTOM OF YOUR TORQUE CONVERTER. Think about that. Also the bottom of your tailshaft housing. You could have a very difficult problem to solve here.
