Default Weird Noise on Startup

Every few times when i start my car, it will make it weird scraping noise, the car still starts, but it sound horrible. at first i though maybe i was holding the key too long but i tried turning it very breifly and it still did it sometimes, im guessing the starter may be going bad, but i figured i ask here anyway. Let me know if you need more information, i could possible make a video so you can hear what it sounds like also.

Thanks
Tom
