Unless someone else has something better, this is the best I know about:

That'* up to you. Both have been used with success. I did the hockey puck version since Canadians and hockey pucks seem to go together. Personnaly, I think you would get a little more vibration using the hard plastic versus hockey pucks.

I've got a solid plastic mount and there is a slight bit of vibration at just the right RPM, but it'* nothing to complain about. I also thing it makes the car feel more alive. ; )

LIke I said, hard plastic or hockey pucks is a matter of preference. Go with whatever is easier for you to buy.

I bought rubber hockey pucks but i guess the other one was what he called a practice puck but to me they're both pucks....the one in the pics looked like hard plastic. I'm looking for less vibration tho....Thanks Cannuck...Thanks Tom. I'll let u guys know the results over the weekend ....

Practice pucks are red, and they are harder and more dense than a standard puck. I have the choice between practice pucks and regular, and chose regular because I thought the softer rubber would absorb more vibration. You made the right choice.
