Changing O2 sensor, noticed Grease
While changing my O2 sensor, I noticed that on the driver'* side below the airbox and towards the driver'* seat (under the hood) that was a noticeable amount of what appeared to be grease of some sort. I could not pin point exactly what it was and where it had come from, but I became a little concerned.
The first pic is a closeup of the area of the grease, the second is a zoomed out view of where I noticed the grease and pic 3 is the grease on my finger.
Anyone have any ideas what this may be, and should I be concerned? If so, I have the comfort of the group here that we can resolve this.

I will check the CV boot tomorrow, but not sure exactly where it is, but, while I was under there I did notice a boot that was not in very good shape, I will revert to what I find.
If it is the CV boot, what is the repair like?
