Out of curiosity, why are you removing it?

Ok, that seems like a good reason.
Back to the original question, what tools do you have? Shop equipment? ie, jack stands, engine puller etc.

I don't recall a video ever posted, its not exactly videoable if you could call it that.
Considering you have a shop, I say you have different options.
1. Put the whole car on the lift, undo the cradle bolts, steering shaft, harness, strut towers and drop the whole cradle/engine/trans all together.
2. Pull both front half shafts, pull both the engine and trans out together. (this is actually easier)
3. Separate trans and engine in engine bay and drop trans out the bottom.
I've always pulled the engine and trans out together. Seems easier, and I do this all in my driveway. I could almost walk you through this blind folded, but I'm not all that familiar with the aluminum frame cradle and how the engine is mounted to it. I'm more experienced with the 92-99 steel cradle which is different. But as far as how the engine and trans are together, that I do know.
