Default 02 bonneville TPS

So i pulled the three sensors off the throttle body prior to pulling it off to clean inside of it. 3 meaning the TPS, IAC, and the MAF. Cleaned everything and put them all back on and now im getting an SES light. Took it to the nearest advaned auto parts store and it read that its the TPS sensor. It said circuit A low input or something. So its deffinately the TPS. The car when i first started it up after putting all the sensors back on idled kind of high at 2k rpms. I looked to make sure all of them were on right and i just messed with the throttle cable behind the throttle body and it idled like normal. So i turned it off. Turned it back on and the ses light came on but everything still seems fine. I tried to erase the code from the OBD2 scanner and it said it cleared but the ses light still remained on. The car drives fine the throttle seems fine. How do i get it to go off (the ses light).

When you put the TPS back on, did you just put it on and bolt it up? Or did you put it on and then turn it a bit to line up the holes? Take a look at this. https://www.gmforum.com/normal-maintainence-138/throttle-position-sensor-tps-replacement-284336/ It'* possible you don't have it lined up right.

Then unplug it and check the connections. Clean them up and see if that helps.

Also, what OBD2 code are you getting?
