Default oil pressure problem?

I was wondering if these oil pressures were normal for everyone else. I could swear that i had consistent oil pressures above 40, no matter what the rpm'* were.

This picture is my oil pressure in gear, stopped at a stop light (simulated):

Next is a picture of my oil pressure while driving (simulated):

And the next one is my oil pressure while in sitting in park (for real, not simulated!):

As you'll notice, i made sure to incude what gear i was in and rpm'* in the pictures so you can see what'* going on. Is this an oil pressure problem at lower rpm'* or is this normal?

Based on the pictures, I don't see a huge reason for concern right now. Idle a little below 40 at a light is normal, especially in warmer temperatures. Your pressure while driving is a little lower than mine (mine is always at 60), but it'* not BAD at all.

My idle in park is also 60. As soon as I start up, it'* at 60. Yours is 40? Not as high as I'd expect. What'* your pressure on startup?

I'd get a mechanical gauge to make sure what you pressure is with more accuracy.

My pressure is pretty high, prolly around 60-ish at start-up. The colder the engine, the higher the pressure. When it get'* hot outside and the engine is hot, the pressure is lower.

Matt:
60ish is a normal reading at start up.

Hiow many miles on the current oil and what brand oil and filter will also have an impact.

I'd say you're fine then. I just wanted to make sure you didn't get 40 on startup. Just keep an eye on it, and take into account what Bill said.

I had a oil pressure gadge issue last year and I thought there was something wrong also. From the looks of your pictures it looks okay to me. But keep an eye on it, mine was whacky and 2 months later it went out. I need a new sensor. It'* fairly common actually.

I have maybe 1000 miles on the oil = one month into my last oil change.

Thanks for the responses guys. Just wanted to make sure nothing was going wrong.
