Default Twilight switch?

Does this pop out or does it have to be unscrewed?

Default

nevermind got it out. I completely disconnected the twilight switch to see if the lights would go off and they didnt. So I dont think it has anything to do with the switch. There has to be a relay or something prior to the switch that is making the headlights stay on.
