@#$% Canuks!!!
Let'* see 14 Liters is about 3.7 gallons and 100 km is around 63 miles, so that gives you around 17mpg for around town driving. That'* fair I think.

That sounds about right. When was the last tune up? You could probably squeeze a few more mpg'* with a tune up. Get some highway mpg figures, that tells a better story of engine performance.

mileage
If you want to get any decent gas mileage out of a supercharged car you have to eliminate the full throttle acceleration. But realistically none of us will. I get 20 to 22 in mixed driving as long as I don't come up on anything I want to race! Then you can just watch the gauge go down. This engine dumps a heck of a lot of fuel into the engine while on boost. Hope this helps.

My '99 SE (no supercharger) pulls 25 mpg during the week with about 90% of my driving being highway driving. This includes WOT on the on ramps getting on highway and from tollbooth and an average speed of 75 mph.
On the weekend she gets around 18-20 when I do more intown driving wich often includes a few rice beetings.
She'* do for tuneup though so I'm hoping to squeeze a little more out of her.

On a trip my 97 SSEi pulled 33.5mpg with a few spirited runs. It probably averages about 20+ city driving.
Now.. I was on the highway and playing with another car for about 20-30 miles. Many wot runs up then back off. I used 1/4 of a tank in 1/2 hour of driving and didn't dare check mileage.

Ain't that the truth! Keep your foot out of it and they get good mileage but at WOT the get about 5MPG...or it seems that way. Even my northstar did not suck as much fuel as the SC L67 does at full throttle.

I've been getting maybe 20-21 mpg around town, on the highway I get as much as 26-27 mpg, but I also have a lead foot. It'* not unusual for me to do 75-80 mph on the interstates. My mpg'* drop a little when I'm pushing deer off the road.
